A wheely nice contribution

On the evening of 22nd April, cadets from 1969 (Rossendale) Squadron attended the last meeting of the Rossendale Bike Show committee. The bike show used to achieve it's aims every year, which were to promote motorcycling, to promote Rossendale and to raise money for charities.

All funds in the kitty were distributed to the charities and organisations that had helped over the years in the smooth running of the events. 1969 Squadron were the recipients of a cheque for £375 for all their marshalling efforts over the years. Cadet Corporal Jackson (right) and Cadet Niall Coxey were on hand to official receive the cheque on behalf of the Squadron.
